§ The UNDERSECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Earl Winterton)The Government of India have decided 1416 against the adoption of all-India standards of measurement, and against the compulsory adoption of standard weights, for the reasons given in a Resolution, a copy of which is being sent to the hon. Member
