Mr. JONESMay I ask whether it is a fact that the officials of the Government of India were instructed in the Assembly by the representatives of India, and whether it is a fact that information was refused?
§ Earl WINTERTONI really must have notice of a question like that. It is quite obvious that I cannot carry in my head all the questions asked in the Assembly. I have answered the question the hon. Member has put on the Paper
