Mr. DEAN (for Lieut.-Colonel HENEAGE)asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will consider making a mutual arrangement with the Dominions whereby men and women can receive old age pensions who are debarred by Section 3 (2) of the Old Age Pensions Act of 1911, as amended by Section 2 (3) of the Old Age Pensions Act of 1919. on amount of having spent some of the qualifying period in the Dominions?
