WILLIAMSasked the Postmaster-General whether, in accordance with the practice upon Bills which are partly consolidation of existing enactments, he will cause a print to be issued of the Wireless Telegraphy and Signalling Bill, distinguishing those parts of the Bill which re-enact the existing law from those which introduce amendments or new provisions, together with any provisions of the existing enactments which are now proposed to be omitted?
