asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether any representations have been made to him as to the treatment of old members of the staff of the Great Indian Peninsula Railway in connection with the termination of the company's contract on 30th June next, when the railway will be taken over by the State; and if he can make any statement regarding the position?
