Lieut.-Colonel LAMBERT WARD(by Private Notice) asked the Prime Minister whether it is the intention of 634 the Government to give facilities for the passing into law of the Summer Time Bill which completed the Committee stage yesterday; and, if so, will these facilities be given soon enough to enable Summer Time to be adopted simultaneously in Great Britain, France and Belgium?
§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Government will give facilities for this Bill, but it will not be possible for such facilities to be given in time to accelerate the date of the commencement of Summer Time this year.
