§ 73. Mr. MONTAGUEasked the Minister of Health the number of houses approved under the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1924, and in course of erection in agricultural parishes?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe number of houses authorised under the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1924, for erection in agricultural parishes is 1,408, 1,241 to be erected by local authorities and 167 by private enterprise. Of these 285 are under construction and 104 have been completed.
