§ 67. Mr. THURTLEasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if the 435 proposed conference on franchise reform will consider the question of prohibiting the use of vehicles for the purpose of conveying electors to the poll, except in so far as the sick and infirm are concerned.
§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSI regret that I cannot make any statement at present as to the scope of the conference.
