§ Sir K. WOODNo application has been received by my right hon. Friend's Department from building trade operatives to work overtime. It is understood that the operatives in the direct employment of one corporation have made such an offer. It is for the town council to decide whether they will accept it, and no consent on the part of the Department is required.
