CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe Treaty will come into force when ratified, and before ratifications are exchanged the parties are required by Clause 8 of the Protocol to pass the necessary legislative and administrative Measures. The only Measure which will have to be passed in this country is the Former Enemy Allens (Disabilities Removal) Bill, which has already been introduced in this House. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative.
