§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend has not received any evidence of the effect of excessive rainfall upon output of bricks or cost of production. He has no doubt that adverse climatic conditions will tend to affect output and cost of production in certain cases. Output on the whole has in fact increased considerably during the last 18 months.
