Mr. MacDONALDI see that on. Wednesday there is a Bill entitled Rent and Mortgage Interest Restrictions Bill. That Bill has not yet been introduced, I understand. Can the right hon. Gentleman tell me when it is to be introduced, and when we are going to have the Bill itself?
