§ The MINISTER of TRANSPORT (Colonel Ashley)I have been asked to reply. The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. Various suggestions for the amendment of the constitution of the authority have been made from time to time, but it is not my present intention either to introduce legislation to amend the constitution prescribed by the Port of London (Consolidation) Act, 1920, or to press the authority to introduce such legislation themselves.
