§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe Colonies and Protectorates will be represented on the Committee by Sir Gilbert Grindle, the senior Assistant Under-Secretary of State in the Colonial Office, with a second representative, who will he specially chosen by a panel, the members of which will be named by the various bodies in this country concerned with the business interests of the Colonies and Protectorates. This representative will be selected according to the particular question coming before the Committee.
