Particulars of the amounts claimed in the various categories were furnished to the Soviet delegation in the course of the negotiations last year. As regards the last part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply returned yesterday by the Foreign Secretary to the hon. and gallant Member for Handsworth (Commander O. Locker-Lampson).
