§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe position is that about 29,000 claims have been sent in, of which over 23,200 have been paid, the amount of money distributed being, approximately, £265,000. About 4,000 claims have been rejected, and, of the remaining 1,700, some claims are still incomplete and some are awaiting decision.
