HC Deb 29 June 1925 vol 185 c1990
18. Colonel DAY

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether Reports have been made by the Kenya Government to the Home Government protesting against the raids into Kenya from neighbouring territory; whether he can say for what purpose these raids are carried out; and whether he is prepared to give an assurance that during these raids no British subjects have been captured and that no casualties have been suffered either by British subjects or British forces?

Mr. AMERY

A comprehensive Report on this subject has been asked for as a result of the question of the hon. and learned Member for Orkney on the 16th March. I will bring the hon. and gallant Member's question to the notice of the Acting Governor in order that the Report already asked for may be amplified, if necessary, on any of the points which he mentions.
