Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to confirm an agreement between the Cattewater Commissioners and the President of the Air Council in relation to the acquisition of certain lands in the county of Devon, and for purposes in connection therewith, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenditure incurred by the said President under the said Act and the said agreement, including the amount of any costs payable by him."
