§ 52. Major HORE-BELISHA(for Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY) asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to the recent violation of the central zone of Tangier by Spanish forces, and particularly by natives serving in the Spanish Army; and whether he has made any protest, or proposes to make any protest, independently or in conjunction with the other Powers interested in the neutrality of the Tangier zone, against these violations?
