The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Davidson)In 1922, 169 apprentices completed their 1075 training and 76 were retained as hired men. In 1923 the figures were 645 and 455 and in 1924, 254 and 248 respectively.
