§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSThe machine guns in possession of the Territorial armoured car companies are up-to-date weapons of their kind. I regret that I cannot at present say when it will be possible to set free Rolls-Royce armoured cars for use by the Territorial Army. Exhaustive trials with new designs are necessary before any programme of replacement can be undertaken.
