Mr. SAMUELI have no information as to the signature of this agreement other than that which has appeared in the Press.
§ Mr. RILEYIs the hon. Gentleman aware that that agreement will involve a sum of about £20,000,000 in the next few years, and is not that a matter of importance as regards this country?
