§ Lieut.-Colonel FREMANTLEI beg to present to the House three humble petitions from the Royal Sanitary Institute, on behalf of the three special Bills which they hope that this House will pass into law this Session. The three Bills are the Births and Deaths Registration Bill, the Open Spaces Bill, and the Therapeutic Substances Bill.
