§ Sir K. WOODOn the 1st instant, 82,699 houses had been completed under the Housing Act of 1923, and 4,461 under the Act of 1924. The numbers erected by direct labour included in these figures are 1,328 and 746, respectively. Of the 1,328 houses, 943 were non-parlour type, 299 parlour type, and in 86 cases the type is not known; of the 746 houses, 460 were non-parlour type, 86 parlour type, and in 200 cases the type is not known. Information as to the final costs of these houses is not available.
