MITCHELL-THOMSONAll postal administrations within the Empire, and, with a few exceptions, all foreign countries which accept parcels over 11 lb. in weight, have been invited to exchange with this country parcels up to 22 lb. Additional services will be introduced as and when arrangements can be completed.
