Mr. WOODI regret that I have no information enabling me to answer the first part of my hon. Friend's question. With regard to the second part, as my hon. Friend is no doubt aware, corn rents differ from tithe rent charge in several material respects, which appear to preclude identical treatment in both cases. If my hon. Friend would like a more detailed explanation I shall be happy to write to him on the subject.
