§ Mr. TAYLORIs it not the fact that the Prime Minister said last week that in his opinion it was not necessary to take legislative action to set up a Food Council; and, in view of the recommendation of paragraph 38 (b) of the Commission's Report, may we have an answer on that subject soon?
