§ 28. Mr. RAWSONasked the Minister of Health whether he is in a position yet to state the constitution of the proposed Committee to inquire into the question of the registration of nursing homes; and whether the British Medical Association will be given an opportunity of giving evidence or an expression of their views?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINIt is not proposed to set up the intended Select Committee to inquire into this question until after the Recess. It will rest with the Committee to decide what evidence it is desirable to hear, but they will no doubt consider the question of inviting evidence from the British Medical Association.
