HC Deb 22 July 1925 vol 186 c2218
Mr. SPENCER

May I draw your attention, Mr. Speaker, to the fact that this House is very stuffy, and that there is scarcely a window in it open?

Mr. SPEAKER

All the windows that will open are open.

Mr. SPENCER

Are you prepared, Mr. Speaker, to send up a servant to break them, so that they will open?

Mr. SPEAKER

We have all the windows open that will open. I think my circumstances make me the worst sufferer, and I will do anything that is possible to get more air.
