§ Sir Robert Sanders reported from Standing Committee D, to whom the 2222 Unemployment insurance Bill was referred, That, having called the attention of the Committee, on Monday 20th July, to the disorderly conduct of Mr. Buchanan, Member for the Gorbals Division of Glasgow, he had been directed to report Mr. Buchanan to the House.
