THORNEI desire to ask you, Mr. Speaker, about two questions of mine which have been turned down, one relating to the West Ham Board of Guardians and one relating to silk tied round chocolate boxes. I handed them in on Friday, and have received notice from the Clerk that they have been disallowed. May I ask, Sir, whether you turned these two questions down?
