HC Deb 20 July 1925 vol 186 c1823
46. Captain CROOKSHANK

asked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to an article published in the United States press, purporting to be a verbatim account of a meeting of the War Cabinet which was attended by certain members of the then United States war mission; and whether the consent of His Majesty's Government was given to its publication?

The PRIME MINISTER

I have seen the article in question. There is no trace of any request for permission to publish the document having been made to His Majesty's Government.
