Mr. SHORTasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that Samuel Payton, 1, Old Cross Street, Tipton, has had his unemployment benefit disallowed in accordance with paragraph 3, U I, 503 A; that Payton was employed for a period in 1924 at Stratford-on-Avon and also in 1925; and that he has constantly looked for work and also applied for relief work; and will he cause inquiry to be made with a view to his benefit being restored?
