CUNLIFFE- LISTERApart from the fact that these Regulations are governed by international agreement, the practical difficulty has been that alternative systems, which in theory seem attractive, have been considered as likely to increase rather than diminish confusion at sea in a fog. But if the hon. Member has some particular method of signalling in mind, and will send me information about it, I will have the matter looked into.
