asked Prime Minister whether the Cabinet has reached any decision as to the reform of the House of Lords: and, in particular, whether they have considered the questions of the retention of the hereditary element in the Upper House, the use of the referendum, in the case of disputes between the two Houses, and any modification of the power of Mr. Speaker to certify Money Bills?
