§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe progress to date consists in the preparations for and commencement of the ancillary works involved by the installation of the floating dock at the naval base site, including the provision of connecting road and railway from Woodlands, temporary housing accommodation, water supplies, jetties and workshops and anti-malarial work in order that the dredging of a berth for the dock may commence on arrival of the dredging fleet in November.
