§ The PRIME MINISTERUnless the British creditors in question have any new point to raise, I do not think any useful purpose would be served by them repeating to me views of which I am fully 20 cognisant and which moreover have been, and are being, exhaustively discussed by them with the officials of the Foreign Office and the Board of Trade.
§ Mr. HARDIEIs there any arrangement between this Government and the Russian Government on behalf of the British creditors?
