Mr. SAMUELThe Anglo-Portuguese Commercial Treaty is binding on the parties until 23rd September, 1926, and only ceases to operate after that date if either contracting party gives notice of intention to terminate it. In the event of occasion arising, I will certainly bear in mind my hon. Friend's suggestion about steel goods for Portugal.
