Mr. CHAMBERLAINI presume that my hon. Friend has in mind the judgment given in favour of the bondholders in the Egyptian Mixed Court of First Instance on the 15th June. So far as His Majesty's Government are aware, no payment has yet been made, nor is it known whether the Egyptian Government intend to file a notice of appeal, which they are entitled to do within 60 days of the service of the judgment on them.
