Resolved,
That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade-under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the urban district council of Sidmouth, which was presented on the 30th November and published, be approved, subject to the following modifications:
In Clause 15, sub-clause I, after '1912,' omit 'and,' and insert 'or';
In Clause 15, sub-clause 3, before 'this Order,' in line 6, insert 'the Act of 1912 or.'

That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the urban district council of Bollington, which was presented on the 1st December and published, be approved.
