In view of the fact that these Consolidation Bills are for the general convenience of the House, I hope we shall be allowed to pass it.
§ Mr. CLYNESI understood that Government business was to be limited to matters which have now been disposed 1522 of, but I have no objection to the Committee stage of this Bill going through.
