§ Mr. WELLSWill the Government give facilities for this Bill during next Session, or reintroduce it as a Government Measure?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI cannot give any pledge as regards next Session, but I hope it may be possible. I regret that it has been impossible to find time for it this Session.
