§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer given on the 17th November to the hon. and gallant Member for Walthamstow, a copy of which I am sending him. I am informed that the Committee are now engaged in the preparation of their Report.
