§ Sir W. SUGDENIn view of the enormous difficulty of unemployment in the country, will the hon. Gentleman report to the Minister of Labour the necessity of immediately obtaining advice from leaders of industry and leaders of the trade unions, who can give him all the information required to enable him to act upon it within 10 days?
