Sir WALTER de FRECEasked the Minister of Health if he will give the name of each town of the country which possesses by legislation power to raise money for entertainment purposes above the statutory rate of one penny, and indicate the adopted rate in each case, as well as the amount of money which is raised by the entire rate?
