HC Deb 03 December 1925 vol 188 c2507
77. Mr. H. WILLIAMS

asked the Minister of Health if he is now in a position to state the total number of houses built in England and Wales without public assistance during the six months ended 30th September, 1925?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

A few returns are still outstanding, but an estimate based on the returns already received shows that some 32,400 houses were built in England and Wales without State assistance during the half-year ended 30th September last.
