§ 21. Mr. R. MORRISON (for Mr. THURTLE)asked the Minister of Health if he is contemplating any changes in the Instructions issued by his Department to maternity centres for their guidance in dealing with the question of birth control?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI have had this matter under very careful consideration, and have decided that in all the circumstances of the case it is inopportune to make any change in the Instructions.
