§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister)The Department endeavours to keep all information in its possession in such a form as to be most useful for the various purposes for which it may be required; but I may point out that safeguarding duties will only be imposed after special inquiries in each case.
