§ "That a sum, not exceeding £33,000, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1926, for Claims in respect of Ships or Cargoes condemned as Naval Prize or detained and certain Salaries for advisory Duties."
