asked the Minister of Labour the number of lady clerks and typists registered as unemployed at the Borough and Camberwell employment exchanges, respectively, since 1st January, 1025; and how many applications were made by employers in these districts for such workers during the same period?

During the period 6th January to 6th April, 1925, the number of registrations of women and girl clerks and typists, including re registrations of the same individual, was 107 at the Borough Employment Exchange and 181 at Camberwell. The number of vacancies for such workers notified by employers during this period was 32 at Borough and 27 at Camberwell.
